Eurekaic, operated by Daisuke Nakamura in Kanagawa, Japan, provides AI, software development, and social media analytics services. This policy explains how information is handled when our services connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok.

Information we process

When an authorized account is connected, we may process account, profile, post, audience, engagement, reach, performance, and related analytics information made available by the relevant platform API. We may also process authentication tokens and technical identifiers required to maintain an authorized connection.

How we use the information

We use platform data only to provide analytics, reporting, performance measurement, account management support, and related internal business functions for accounts that we are authorized to access.

TikTok data and API access

We access TikTok data only through TikTok APIs and only for TikTok accounts whose owners or authorized representatives have granted access. We use that data for analytics and reporting. We do not sell TikTok API data or share it with unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

Where credentials or access tokens must be stored, they are kept on server-side systems and are not intentionally exposed to end users. We retain analytics and operational records only as needed to provide the service, support authorized reporting, meet legal obligations, or resolve technical issues.

Third-party platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, databases, and APIs. Their own privacy policies and terms apply to information they independently process.

Access, disconnection, and deletion

Authorized users may disconnect a linked platform account to stop future collection through that connection. Requests concerning access to or deletion of information handled by Eurekaic can be sent to the contact address below, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
